How to place an Order

Complete and Print out the form in full and send it to us.

Due to security implications of the Internet you are advised not to send credit card details through to us by email. We recommend that you send the details by either a letter or by telephone. (Address & Phone Number as per Home Page). While ever there are items outstanding it will be possible for you to send us an email with details of extra models that you require. (Without sending the card details.)

Payment can be made by Sterling Cheque or Postal Order (Made Payable to TRANSMAC) or by any of the following Card Types (See Logo's on the form below) - VISA, Delta, Master Card, Switch & Solo. We do not charge your plastic card until we despatch the items that you have ordered. It may be necessary at times to split your order and to send some items separately at a later date.

Prices quoted for mail order items are in Pounds Sterling include VAT.
Shipping:
Orders over £15.00 free to UK addresses. For International packs these will incur an additional fee based upon the weight and size of the item. Surface mail to New Zealand and Australia takes about 6 weeks to arrive! For UK customers you can insure the models against loss in transit, this service costs an additional £1.00 per model.


At times certain models prove to be exceptionally popular, we endeavour to ensure that we have adequate supplies of each item as they are released by the manufacturer, if we are cut back then we will use our discretion to decide which customers receive models and appropriate quantities. Certain popular fleets, vehicles and combinations of both often combine to result in there being no extra capacity of the item, thus we reserve the right to cancel one or more items as may be necessary. Typically the earlier you place an order and or the greater spread of items ordered the better chance you have of getting a popular item.

We do not operate an Invoice System, all items ordered must either be paid in full by cheque, postal order or you should have given us a valid credit/debit card charge instruction. If a credit card payment is refused by the bank we will write to you asking for alternative payment, which if we do not receive this within seven day will deem to have cancelled your order by default.

By placing an order with us you accept that the information may be stored electronically. Unlike Banks, finance companies etc we do not sell or disclose any information to any third party.
